NEW RULES FOR 2010

1.  A judge or referee that is texting or talking on a cell phone while she/he is judging will be removed from the ring as soon as possible.

2.  A scorekeeper or timekeepers that is texting or talking on a cell phone while he/she is watching a competitor compete in thier ring will immediately be removed from the ring.

3.  A competitor MUST perform a form in forms division to receive points for that day's tournament.  No bowing out in kata, just to receive points, is allow.

4.  Ringstar style sparring safety shoes will be allowed in sparring divisions only.

5.  A tournament may only have one qualified medical personnel per tournament as long as the tournament is held in one room.
